Product Overview:

AT-2 is a completely water-soluble copper corrosion inhibitor primarily used in water-based coatings, metalworking fluids, cleaning agents, antifreeze, and other water-based systems. It provides excellent corrosion inhibition for copper and copper alloys.


Physical Properties:

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

Density (g/cm³, 25°C): 1.06 (±0.05)

pH Value (25°C): 9-11

Water Solubility: Easily soluble in water


Applications:

Water-based coatings, metalworking fluids, water-based cleaning agents. This product can be used in various water-based environments and can be added to concentrated solutions or used for on-site treatment.

● Low addition rate, with a noticeable corrosion inhibition effect when added at 0.5% in concentrated solutions.

Usage and Dosage:

In concentrated water-based coatings and metalworking fluid solutions, the recommended addition rate is 0.5-3%.

For on-site use, the recommended addition rate is 0.3-0.5%.

Storage Conditions: The product should be stored in a sealed, cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, with a recommended storage temperature of 5°C to 35°C.
