Oil-based salt spray resistant agent A75 is a versatile and efficient anti-salt spray agent, primarily composed of heterocyclic macromolecular compounds. It enhances the long-term corrosion resistance of oil-based coatings on iron materials such as sandblasted steel, cast iron, and welded joints.

Applications:

Acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, alkyd, baked enamel, and other oil-based coating systems

Offers good long-term rust resistance, enhancing the paint film's salt spray resistance.

Easy to disperse, can be added later, and suitable for low film thickness (<25 micrometers).

Suitable for substrates such as carbon steel, malleable iron, galvanized sheet, cold-rolled sheet, reducing white rust on galvanized steel and black rust on aluminum-zinc-coated steel.

Usage and Dosage:

It is recommended to add A75 during paint formulation, and the specific dosage should be determined through experimentation.

Recommended dosage: 1-2% of the total formulation.
